Ability to prepare reform memoranda, reform action plans, and policy notes following the analysis of the existing knowledge, policies, indicators and other dataset. Identifying, contracting and managing expert consultants as needed to leverage the knowledge and ensuring high quality of deliverables. Develop appropriate knowledge products such as newsletter, occasional publications, policy papers, press statement, speech, and articles. Create and maintain knowledge bank, which includes the proposals, reports and lesson learned. Identify innovative methods of dissemination of knowledge products to create visible impact on relevant stakeholders and mass media. Organize knowledge exchange programs (workshop, seminars and trainings) amongst the stakeholders.
